IT Support 365, the Portland-based IT business, has linked up with local charity People First Dorset. People First supports people with learning disabilities, and between them, they are planning a series of fundraising events for the charity.

The first will be a charity auction held at the National Sailing Academy on Portland. This is being held on the evening of Wednesday, 21st November 2018. Local businesses are being asked to donate, and everyone is welcome to come along. Everything will be sold on the night, and 100% of all raised will go to the charity. The auction is also being supported by BBC TV’s Paul Atterbury and the well-known local auctioneer Matthew Denny.

Said Louise Matthews, Director of IT 365, “Our business philosophy is based on community involvement. We are supporters and sponsors of a number of local organisations and events. Our involvement with People First started earlier this year when we sponsored their involvement in the Weymouth Half Marathon. After that, we discussed fundraising ideas with them, and the first is the charity auction.”
