Officers are appealing for help from the public to locate a stolen van in Bridport and identify the person responsible.

At around 3am on Thursday 13 June 2024, a white Renault Trafic van with the registration number WD21KCF was stolen in South Street.

The van was stolen while the driver was carrying out a delivery nearby.

The offender is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, five feet six inches tall and of medium build with short brown hair.

Police Constable Chloe Seaward, of Dorset Police, said: “I am keen to hear from anyone was in the area and saw what happened to please come forward.

“I am also appealing to the community in the vicinity of the South Street to please check any CCTV systems or dashcams for footage that may help us identify a direction of travel for the van.”
