IT Support 365, the Portland-based IT business, got together with People First Dorset, the local charity that works with people with learning difficulties, to hold a fundraising charity auction on Wednesday, 21st November 2018.

Close to fifty people came along to the auction at the National Sailing Academy on Portland. Local businesses donated a range of items which were sold on the evening.

The auction was introduced by the BBC TV’s Paul Atterbury, while Matthew Denney of Lawrences Auctioneers took the auction. £2,000 was raised for the charity which exceeded all expectations.

Said Louise Matthews, Director of IT 365, “We believe in supporting the local community in any way we can. This auction was the latest in a number of projects we are involved in. I’d like to thank all the businesses that donated and everyone who came along and bid on the evening. Paul Atterbury and Matthew Denney worked so hard to make the event a success, and the feedback has been superb.”
