Dorset Waste Partnership Scam

All the glossy leaflets have been delivered, so have all these monstrous wheelie bins and boxes but and a BIG but……Has anyone actually asked…. Who are DWP?

Do they have any legal, statute or lawful authority to impose this abomination on the taxpayers of Dorset? The answer is NO THEY DON’T!

They claim they are just a non profit making oufit, a cosy ‘get together’ of local councils trying to make life easier for us recyclers. What a load of real rubbish. This is indirectly a profiteering scam by the council who use DWP as a fifth column. They sell the waste to recycling companies and pocket the money. Simples..

Question…. Did you give your consent or were you consulted in any way before this expensive waste of taxpayers money was inflicted on you? NO!

The reality is that there is no legislation in place at all that compels householders to recycle at all, although there is for the Council themselves under the Environmental Protection Act. That makes those housholders that consent, be nothing more than slave labour. The council has already been paid via council tax and it obligatory on them collect your waste, they are in contract to do it.

Nowadays, they have decided it’s more financially prudent for them to attempt to enforce servitude. Obviously they believe no one would dare to challenge them, as they see themselves as Lord and Master and above the law.

DWP say they are not a business, charity or a Company but they have ‘Director’. In fact DWP are a nothing outfit, a total scam.

They try and get us to sign a letter to ‘opt out’, why should we if we have never opted in?

They deem they will ‘consider’ and then possibly ‘allow’ people to change or alter the standard bin formula. Again, on NO authority whatsoever.

These NGOs only get away with this dictatorial, totalitarian attidude because they assume that nobody will stand up and say…. NO we are not putting up with this.

Are they paying us rent for having to store these expensive plastic monoliths on our property? NO.

Do the Council pay us a wage for doing the recycling job for them? NO.

Their bins have been refused here, the laws of trespass and fly tipping invoked should they attempt to dump them here.

Each bin is RFID tagged ‘purely for property identification’ we are told’, if you believe this one then you believe in fairies at the bottom of your garden. RFID tagging is not cheap, it is surely there for a more sinister and I would suggest,  future penalty implications. Putting a tin can in the wrong box means another potential revenue stream for our already greedy council

Any access assumed or otherwise has been denied at this house, they can stick their plasic garbage where the monkey keeps his nuts.
