A shop front used by UKIP in Dorchester is being petitioned to ‘make it less obtrusive’ with the further accusation that it ‘undermines the aesthetics and reputation of Dorchester’. Also described as ‘gaudy’ and ‘unsighly’ it is hoped that by petitioning William Dartmouth, MEP for the South West and Gibraltar, he will understand that such a frontage does not fulfil the ambiance of such a historic town.
