Weymouth Harbour has frozen its fees for the second consecutive year to remain one of the south coast’s cheapest places to berth.

The harbour is committed to providing the best value for visiting yachts, boats and berth holders and its prices have not changed since 2013. It also offers some fantastic, modern facilities.

Cllr Kate Wheller, Chairman of the Harbour Management Board, said: “Whilst 2015 may bring some changes for Weymouth Harbour post Condor Ferries’ operations, the commitment to providing customers with great value means that we are keeping our prices competitive.

“This is great news for our existing leisure customers, but also for anyone considering berthing in Weymouth as there are berths available; just call or pop in and speak to a member of our friendly harbour team in the Harbour Office on Custom House Quay.”

The harbour provides a very flexible package for berth holders who benefit from no annual tie-ins, easy payment options, free use of the grid and slipway and a reduced rate for town centre car park permits.

The popular ‘4 for 3 loyalty scheme’ introduced in 2014 will also continue, offering customers a free berth on the fourth visit. Customers will be able to roll-over their stamps gained in 2014/15.

Charges and other information can be found on the harbour website at https://harbour.weymouth.gov.uk
