We would like to highlight that the Golden Lion pub in Weymouth is overcharging for drinks. Last night my friends and I went to see an amazing band called The Dolmen. We bought a drink at the bar – a single vodka and diet coke. 3 pounds and 60p (60p dearer than any other pub in Weymouth!). We returned to the bar for the same drink. 4 pounds 80p!  When questioned we were told that that was the price! We asked another member of staff how much this drink was and she said 2 pounds 80p.

What is going on? Surely there should be a law against this. We all work hard for our money and we are blatantly being ripped off. This isn’t acceptable.
