On Friday 13th November Evershot Village Hall hosts 5 amazing young musicians from the highlands of Scotland who go by the name of The Elephant Sessions.
The award-winning band is renowned for its breathtaking live shows, playing with great energy, drawing influence from its Scottish roots but adding a 21st century twist to create a progressive blend of intricate tunes, engulfing guitars, monstrous bass and pounding drums.
The event is being put on by Under One Sun whose co-ordinator Jamie Robertson says: “I saw The Elephant Sessions by chance about 6 months ago, and was blown away. They will be on their first major tour of England appearing in Bath, London, Liverpool, Sheffield and at The Sage at Gateshead but the opening night is at Evershot! Listen or dance, just make sure you come and enjoy!”
Doors and the licensed bar open at 8pm, with support act Jon Maybey playing at 8:15pm and The Elephant Sessions taking to the stage at 8:45pm.
Tickets are on sale at Evershot Stores, online at www.wegottickets.com and some will also be held back for the door.
