Ward Goodman, in association with Cascade Training, has announced a workshop to help charities struggling to achieve their goals.

Charity Audit and Accountancy specialists, Ward Goodman, has found that many local charities are struggling when it comes to strategic planning. This follows numerous conversations which experts at Ward Goodman have had with Trustees and Senior Managers from charitable organisations across Dorset who have expressed difficulty in placing effective strategies to achieve their goals. In order to address this issue, Ward Goodman has come together with Cascade Training, the largest social purpose training organisation in the South West, to host an informative workshop.

Designed by a team of professional advisers, the ‘Strategic Planning Advice’ workshop is set to take place on the 23rd March. Created specifically to aid Trustees and Senior Managers of charitable organisations with guidance towards strategic planning for charities, the workshop will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Jen Richardson, Ward Goodman’s Head of Charities, commented:

“Ward Goodman are dedicated to providing aid wherever we can to help local charities deal with important issues. Having worked in and with charities for nearly twenty years, I know the difficulties which can face charitable organisations when trying to create and implement a strategic plan to achieve challenging targets. As a trustee myself I know this workshop will provide great value to all those who attend.”

The workshop will be hosted at Ward Goodman’s offices in Wimborne, with refreshments and lunch provided. To speak to the course co-ordinator or book your place call 01278 455830, alternatively for special course discounts contact Jen Richardson ([email protected]) or Wendy Pilkington ([email protected]).
