Every day, every mainstream Newspaper runs new stories by pathetic little wankers, who pretend to be Labourites, but who in actuality hate Socialism, hate Social Justice, and who hate the unwashed masses who want a real Socialist Labour Party.
You would have to be suffering from cretinism not to have noticed these shysters peddling their wares in what is laughably called ‘Britain’s Independent Press’.
Every one of these disaffected Blairite scumbags write lengthy pronunciations about how Jeremy Corbyn will be the death of Labour, and how Lefty’s are going to destroy the economy, our national security, the world, the universe, and bring about the fall of God himself… etc
The latest such load of old bollocks has been put front and centre in The Independent by Sean O’Grady, who is the Deputy Managing Editor and former Economics editor of the Newspaper.
He whines “I’m voting for Sadiq Khan, but that doesn’t mean I’m supporting Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership”. He then goes on to pronounce that “Only in 2020 will Labour’s drubbing at the polls inoculate them against lurching to the left.”
Because of course he isn’t a Socialist, or a lefty.
O’Grady cannot even admit to himself that he is a right wing, light blue Tory. His self-image is such that he cannot bring himself to face up to the fact that he is a tosser in exactly the same way that David Cameron is a tosser. He is a snake in the grass, a creature so low that he plies his trade and feels comfortable in saying gleefully and with malicious intent that “Only in 2020 will Labour’s drubbing at the polls inoculate them against lurching to the left.” As though being Left of centre is somehow a thing to be despised, to be loathed, to be hated.
This is why people with morals hate the right. It is why MSN has become despised, why the Socialist Labour movement rightly mistrusts anything and everything to do with MSN. Their mealy mouthed doublespeak has become so endemic and entrenched within our Newspapers that I do not think they even know that 99% of them are liars and deceivers.
It’s like it is a virus or something akin to a mass psychosis. They believe themselves to be genuine independent, free thinking, honest journalists, when in fact they are neither honest nor even journalists.
John Pilger is a Journalist.
He is the standard to which every single other would be journalist alive today should aim. But this is not what happens. Instead the vast majority, THE VAST MAJORITY harbour no ambition other than to be just another Kelvin MacKenzie, talking shyte and spreading lies in exactly the same manner that Katie Hopkins talks shyte and spreads lies.
In fact, I would go so far as to say that people like O’Grady are worse than Hopkins. She at least has the merit of being openly racist, a deliberately maleficent individual. O’Grady and his ilk on the other hand pretends to journalistic integrity, and yet they clearly possess none whatsoever.
People like O’Grady are what is wrong with our News Media. They portray themselves as serious people, as serious journalists who only ever seek the truth, but instead only ever spread half-truths, twisted realities, or disseminate outright lies.
In my opinion, (and it is only an opinion this, you may disagree) he and all his kind are a fucking disgrace. They are a cancer on our society and they will do anything and say anything to destroy the Socialist Labour Movement, and if they can do this from within then so much the better.
And if these [so called] Labour voting Journalists, through their constant sniping and twisting of facts and stories, through their constant false manufactured media crisis, if they manage to destroy Labour’s chances at the next General Election, they will hail themselves as heroes! But they are not heroes, and they certainly are not journalists.
In FACT, they are not even Socialists.
Remember that every time they print a story about how bad Jeremy Corbyn is and how terrible life will be if we return once again to the principles upon which The Labour Party was founded…
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.” – Marcus Tullius Cicero (106-43 B.C.)
