The law firm’s ‘Will Week’ takes place from Monday September 18 to Friday September 22, aiming to highlight the importance of having a Will. Customers will also be given the chance to ask questions about the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
The offer is for a 40 per cent reduction on the cost of making a basic Will, which equates to an approximate cost after discount of £90 for a single Will or £168 for a joint Will.
To take advantage of this offer, members of the public should contact their local office during ‘Will Week’ to arrange an appointment. Appointments must be booked during the promotional week, although the appointment can take place after the law firm’s ‘Will Week’.

Many people assume that when they die, their assets will automatically be passed on to their spouse, partner or children. But this is not guaranteed.
