Throughout our lives everyone exists on a spectrum of good & poor physical, psychological / emotional, social / environmental & spiritual health.
Many people who end up having diagnosed mental health difficulties have also had problems with substance misuse. Anyone can potentially fall into such difficulties. It is often very individual, complex & in depth areas concerning peoples difficulties & healing / recovery.
I have set up this local forum for a broad discussion of all these areas, for anyone that may be interested in discussing these areas.
