Phillip Torrance, aged 36, was wanted in connection with a breach of court bail conditions on Monday 22 October 2018.
A public appeal was issued in a bid to locate Phillip. He was arrested in Wiltshire on Saturday 3 November 2018 and is due to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 5 November 2018.
