Please help protect Jeremy Corbyn and the Labour left by supporting a vital legal challenge against the libelous propaganda by the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA). Tony Greenstein has taken the CAA to court and has them seriously worried. In fact, they’ve even offered him a settlement and this after they’ve already spent about £45,000 in solicitors fees.
The Preliminary Issues Trial is on 14th February 2019. This is to determine what the basic legal argument will be and also what Defence the CAA can mount against him. Tony relies entirely on crowd funding to cover his legal fees and despite the fact that the potential legal costs would be enough to bankrupt him, Tony has still refused to accept the CAA offer and has chosen to stand his ground because Tony believes in standing up to “blackmailers and witch hunters.”
