The business was formed when directors Alan Jenkins and Ross Pike spotted a gap in the market for a web design agency that really focused on what the customer wanted. They had seen the issues small and medium sized companies faced and wanted to work in partnership with them to produce websites that fitted their needs.
Ross had this to say ‘In our experience too many agencies work towards their own agenda, producing designs that they want to create rather than what works for the customer. And it seems they were right, for business has been brisk for the past 6 months. The demand has led to the company recruiting a third developer, and currently advertising for a fourth. They have several large, complex ecommerce sites in the pipeline which are due to go live in the next few weeks. And a number of other sites launching in the next 6 months. Happy customers include Quandrant2Design and Amspac who have generated a ‘significant number of leads’ from their new websites.
One of the most popular services that the company offers is its free design mock-ups. While most agencies don’t supply this until you sign a contract, Koreti provide a desktop, mobile and tablet mock-up of a prospective customers website before anything is agreed. This enables people to visualize exactly what their website will look like and the functions it will have, before signing on the dotted line.
Another popular business practice is their customer service. The company offers ongoing support at a very reasonable rate which has been taken up by several customers. The regular phone calls update them on exactly what work has been done on their website and when. That work might be bug-fixing or search engine optimisation efforts to push their websites up the ranks of Google. Such work is much in demand, with Google constantly changing it’s a challenge to keep on top of it, some work is best left to the professionals.
All this shows that in spite of the economic conditions and restrictions placed on businesses in recent months, those that really focus on customer service and putting the needs of the customer first can survive and thrive no matter what.
