Officers investigating a report of an assault and hate crime incident at a pub in Christchurch are issuing CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.
Dorset Police received a report at 8.52pm on Wednesday 10 November 2021 of a disturbance at the Bailey Bridge pub in Barrack Road. It was reported a man aged in his 20s had beer thrown over him and was then subjected to homophobic abuse.
Police Constable Tom Ringer, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and I am issuing CCTV images of two men I would like to speak to as part of our investigation.
“I would urge anyone with information as to their identity to please come forward.”
