With the Queen’s health and subsequently her life in jeopardy many people, especially monarchists, will be extremely concerned. This is particularly an issue as the next generation does not fill anyone with any hope. However, what we do know is that just as Tony Blair did following the death of Diana in 1997, the Prime Minister of the time will rinse it for all their worth to get popularity for themselves.
2022… is a little more complicated though. We now know that rampant sexual abuse has permeated the Royal Family. We know that the current incumbent was instructed as a child to raise the Nazi salute in the Palace gardens for the cameras. We know that the establishment right wing media and many of their readers are combusting over a non white wife to a prince. And we know that the current Prime Minister is a long term anti monarchist.
The establishment and of course Liz Truss as a Tory will play on the heart strings of the nation whilst denying their past and the Royal Family’s, obvious to the world, skeletons.
Will the walking dead show signs of awareness or will do as they always do?
Time will tell.
