A Meeting of Weymouth BID Ltd will be held on Thursday January 14th 2016 at the Ocean Room, Weymouth Pavilion. Start Time is 18.00 with Doors open at 17.00 for registration

This is open to all paid up Levy Payers and the Board will present a report on the activities of the BID in Year 2 and the Accounts for the Year. In addition there will be a presentation of the BIDs plans for Year 3.

The opportunity to discuss the BID and its plans for 2016 will be part of the meeting.

Weymouth BID Ltd is incorporated as a private company registered with Companies House limited by guarantee. Following last year’s meeting the Board agreed to move away from any formal constitution and revert to the Articles of Association as lodged with Companies House. Currently Levy payers are not members of Weymouth BID Ltd and as part of the meeting on the 14th January will be plans to address this.

Steve Newstead, Chair of Weymouth BID said “The Weymouth BID is looking to an accreditation through British BIDs in 2016 which is an independent assessment of a BID and how it operates to deliver its business plan. We welcome the support that we can get from external bodies to help guide the Weymouth BID”.

Weymouth BID Levy payers who would like to attend should contact the Weymouth BID office to confirm attendance either by email to [email protected] or Tel No 01305 779410 providing their name and business. Levy members are asked that if they have particular questions, ideas or proposals to forward those to the office or email address above by midday on Weds 13th January, so that these can be answered at the meeting.

Weymouth BID Levy paid up members only are permitted to attend along with members of the press. All must register their attendance in advance of the meeting.
