Alastair Stewart suspended from ITN for sending ‘racist’ tweet

Mr Stewart, who has been at ITN for the past 40 years, sent a tweet on the 13th January to a black person on twitter.

Described as an error of judgement he will no longer present the ITV news.

Is it racist? Unfortunately we do not know what was in Mr Stewart’s mind when he sent it. However, ITN believe it to be unacceptable and have taken action.

Over to us to guess and get it right or wrong. As ever was.
