Like Miriam states: ” I cannot stand certainty”. I won’t have it”. For Americans or any other person to claim ‘their country’ is the best in the world reveals not only an arrogance and an ignorance but a safety cushion to allow them to deny that what they really experience is often inhumane and beyond excuses. However, to own up to that would leave them completely vulnerable.
Lies are not reality. Being delusional is sad anot something to be proud of.
