Damn was I willing him. Willing him, just for a few seconds, to contradict his character and finish his response (see below) to yet another lying hapless Tory Chancellor by giving them an icy, steely stare and utter what would have been the most profound narrative of any Leader of the Opposition. “And the Cunts Opposite Can Only Laugh”.
(Having witnessed the PM’s response to being exposed re her Surrey council lies, a little earlier, Mr Corbyn was obviously well prepared.)
And then for every member of every Opposition party and all the journo’s in the Press Gallery and every studio across the country and all those voters not inflicted with idiocy (someone who acts in a self-defeating or significantly counterproductive way) (In Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Ohio, idiots don’t have the right to vote) would stand up and applaud aloud.
