Officers are appealing for the public’s help to find a woman who has gone missing from Blandford.

Lyndsey Duncan is 40 years old and was last seen at her home address in Alner Road at 10.30pm yesterday, Friday 8 June 2018. She was discovered missing at 6.30am today, Saturday 9 June 2018, and has failed to arrive at work as expected.

Lyndsey is described as white, five feet seven inches tall, with blue eyes and ginger hair. She is of medium build and usually dresses very casually.

She may possibly be wearing navy denim jeans with a plain coloured jumper.

Chief Inspector Ernie Henley, of Dorset Police, said: “Lyndsey has left her phone, keys and money at home. We believe Lyndsey may have been upset when she left and we are very worried about her. A large number of enquiries are underway to locate her.

“I would appeal to anyone who has seen Lyndsey, knows of her whereabouts, or has seen a woman matching her description and photo to please contact Dorset Police immediately.

“Finally, if Lyndsey sees this appeal I would ask her to please contact us. We are all worried about you and just want to know you are OK.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Lyndsey’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting incident number 9:126.
