As Dorset approaches 250 Covid-19 cases we must stay at home where possible

The official data reveals that the combined total of Covid-19 cases in Dorset is now at 241. That is 126 within the jurisdiction of Dorset council and 115 within the jurisdiction of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole council.

Although relatively low compared to many other parts of the country we must keep resolute and maintain the instructions laid out by the government and Public Health England.

Keeping the stress off of the local NHS services and keeping as many people as possible free of the virus will hopefully mean we can return to some sort of normality sooner rather than later.

We can prevail as long we work together and cooperate. Then and only then do we have a chance to keep ourselves well and keep others well.

Remember this very important message from our intergalactic ‘cousins’.
