Officers investigating an attempted break-in at a store in Poole are issuing a CCTV image of the suspect.

At around 4.15pm on Sunday 10 January 2021 a man attempted to force the lock on the shop door at Savers in the High Street. He then kicked a window, causing the glass to smash and attempted to gain entry but was not successful.

Police Community Support Investigator Adam Cleaver, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this matter and have obtained a CCTV image of the suspect.

“I appreciate the image is not of the best quality but he is wearing distinctive clothing and I would urge anyone with information as to the man’s identity to please contact us.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55210007294.
