CCTV appeal following altercation with knives in Bournemouth

Officers investigating an altercation in which a man was seen carrying two knives in Bournemouth are issuing a CCTV image of the suspect.

At 7.41am on Wednesday 31 July 2019 it was reported that an altercation took place on Colonnade Road involving a group of men.

As two men ran away from the scene, one of them was seen to be carrying two knives.

The knives were found discarded a short distance away from where the incident took place.

Police Constable Sebastian Haggett, of Bournemouth police, said: “As part of my investigation I have made a number of enquiries to establish what happened.

“I have obtained a CCTV image of the suspect believed to be involved in this incident. I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please contact me.”
