Officers investigating the theft of a bicycle in Poole are issuing an image of the suspect.

At around 1pm on Sunday 15 March 2020 a bike was stolen from the bicycle stand in the walkway between Falkland Square and Poole train station. A man was captured on CCTV taking the bicycle before cycling off on it toward the train station.

The bike is described as a Carrera Crossfire 2 with a silver frame.

Police Community Support Investigator Adam Cleaver, of Poole police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have seen a bike matching the description given for sale in unusual circumstances to please come forward.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may recognise the man from the CCTV image, or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity at the relevant time.”
