Weymouth & Portland Borough Council’s Planning & Traffic Committee will be taking place on Tuesday 19 August and will be held in the Ocean Room at Weymouth Pavilion instead of the North Quay Offices.
The meeting starts with site visits from 9am and the committee will reconvene at the pavilion at 11am to consider the matters on the agenda.
Members of the public who wish to attend are advised to arrive at the pavilion from 10.30am onwards.
