This is down to Trump sycophants – GOP Senators who supported and promoted Trump’s lies and directly incited violence.
This is down to right wing media – Fox, Newsmax, OANN and all the right wing Talk Radio stations who have promoted Trump’s lies about the Election. Fox has been poisoning American society for so long! (Hands up who’s glad that the Tories have just approved two new right wing TV News channels in the UK – one run by Murdoch!)
This is down to US Law Enforcement who ‘shoot to kill’ black people for breathing – or trying to – yet ignore and even support white supremacist terrorism. (Can you imagine if the terrorists currently storming the Capitol building were black??!! Thousands of riot police would have arrested/shot hundreds of them by now!)
