Health ‘foodies’ across Dorset recently gathered for the exclusive launch of world renowned nutritionist Barbara Cox’s new recipe book, Rainbow Recipes.

Barbara Cox has released her inspirational new recipe book ‘Rainbow Recipes’ at an exclusive evening event on the 20th of January. Held at the celebrated ‘Harley Street-styled’ BWT Physio Therapy Centre in Poole, the event saw a great turnout of health enthusiasts. Barbara’s new book encourages people to improve their health through consuming meals high in disease-fighting, immune-boosting, pigment-rich ingredients.

The colourful affair allowed guests to mingle with champagne and canapés before hearing, first hand, Barbara’s expert advice. Mrs Cox shared her knowledge on ways to improve not only nutrition, but general health and wellbeing. Guests had the chance for friendly one to one’s with Barbara where she offered personal advice to those seeking a positive change to their diet and lifestyle. The event was a great success with many people queuing up to receive their very own signed copy of Rainbow Recipes.

Barbara Cox is one of the country’s most respected nutritionists. She rose to acclaim as the founder of Nutrichef – an innovative healthy meal delivery company – and has been the official nutritionist for a range of international athletes such as the 2012 British Paralympic team and Emilio Sanchez. After becoming a leading authority on nutrition in the UK, Barbara sold her company to focus on consultancy at BC Nutrition, and to create her bookRainbow Recipes promotes the health benefits of certain foods including those centred on the Mediterranean diet.
