Copaganda: Should we feel sorry that so many police officers are ‘incompetent’?

This clip raises a very interesting point. With the government changing the law so often is it fair to assume that police officers will be competent? However, is it also fair that the public have to comply with incompetent officers who too often engage in violence?

How many officers do have wider society in their thoughts when they deal with the public?

Is the recruitment from communities to blame for the low levels of professionalism we have to endure?

Is this professional or competent?

Or this?

If we do not ask these questions and others who will?
