Sadly due to the breakdown of communities the Coroner is having to reach out to the public more and more to help identify those who have died alone.

The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin for a man who died in Ferndown.

Stuart Thomas Austin, who was 64 years old, died at this home address at Gladelands Caravan Park in Ringwood Rod on Saturday 19 November 2022.

His death is not suspicious, and no police investigation is needed into his death.

Coroner’s Officer Sharon Emmerson said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious; however, we have not been able to locate next of kin.

“If any member of the public has any knowledge of his family members, please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 123900.”
