Coroner requires assistance following death of woman in Ferndown

The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin of a woman who died in Ferndown.

Thelma Evans, who was 67 years old, died at her home address in Queen’s Close on Saturday 25 November 2023.

Her death is not being treated as suspicious and no police investigation is needed into her death.

Coroner’s Officer Lucy Manuel said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious; however, we have not been able to locate her next of kin.

“If any member of the public has any knowledge of her family members, please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 123900.”
