Coroner Seeks Public Assistance Following Death Of Man In Christchurch

The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin of a man who lived in Christchurch.

Phillip James Munday, who was 62 years old, died at his home address in Edward Road on Friday 18 October 2024.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and no police investigation is needed into his death.

Coroner’s Officer Emily Elgie said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious, however, we have not been able to locate his next of kin.

“If any member of the public has any knowledge of his family members, please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 123900.”
