The Financial Times has revealed that the government figures for death by Covid-19 in the UK are much less than the actual number of deaths. With the government data not even at 20000 as of yet the Financial Times data reveals it has already gone past double that figure.
Even though there is a suggestion that the UK has passed its peak it supposes that the government is wildly underestimating the number.
With China having been criticised for its underestimated low figure the UK is about to put even that in the shadows.
The hardest hit are the care homes across the country in which the elderly are paying the ultimate price for the government’s inaction between being alerted to the potential pandemic and it acting upon empirical data. Whilst the PM was sunning himself the country and the world were about to be shaken to the core.
