DJ PROPERTY has announced that planning permission has now been submitted for Phase 2 of the Link Park Business Park in Weymouth. Phase 1 was completed at the end of 2012 and within 8 months four national companies have taken units at the Park including Screwfix, Toolstation, Halfords Autocentres and Topps Tiles. A fifth national company is planning to occupy the remaining 2 units within the next couple of months.

Subject to successful planning application, building will commence at the end of 2013 and the units should be ready for occupation by Spring 2014.
