It’s about finding out what it is you want your life to represent .. It’s about giving yourself to a cause .. When he says “absolutely stupid to do things you don’t like doing” he is applying that phrase to an idea, he is not implying there won’t be any hard work or pain along the way .. What is pain though ? It’s a human experience .. Your pain might not be my pain, and within that you can see the point he makes…
