So tonight we had a customer called Percy.

Percy decided after eating his meal he would send back less than a quarter of a burger BUN the SOURDOUGH BUN was apparently soggy and Percy demanded a full refund.

Percy didn’t get this refund so Percy wasn’t happy and decided to start taking photos of myself and my staff to slate us on Google reviews and TripAdvisor.

So I thought I’d share Percy’s photo from our CCTV.

If you are going to come for a meal and decide there is something wrong with it complain before eating it all don’t start demanding refunds after eating everything and then taking photos of my staff.
