People of Weymouth and Portland. Today I was called out to clean up a drug den on the Rodwell trail. I have never seen anything so bad and in such a lovely spot.
Please stick to the footpath only and make sure your kids aren’t playing in the trees and bushes. Also dog walkers keep to the path too. We collected somewhere in the region of 300/500 needles and clothes tent etc.
We did our upmost best to clear what we could see, there was that much we filled a cage van full. Just please be careful along the trail and the footpath between the the YAC and trail I’ve heard today there could be another there too.
All has been reported to authorities and hopefully will be sorted soon.
