The Safeguarding team at Dorset Council has made schools aware of the following information after a young person was hospitalised earlier in the week as a result of taking a “Blue Punisher” pill. These tablets are reported to contain a very high content of MDMA.

The reason for informing parents/guardians/public is that the drug was apparently purchased on the street in Dorchester. The pills are blue, have a distinctive triangular shape with an imprint of a face on the front. If you have any further information about the supply of these drugs please contact the police on 101.
