Bournemouth-based international marketing agency EIMS has opened a brand new office in Miami Lakes in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is looking to recruit 100 positions there as well as grow their Bournemouth team.
EIMS, or Enterprise Integrated Marketing Solutions, is a multilingual digital marketing and lead generation agency, they have been a prolific Dorset employer for many years now and are known for their vigorous employee training schemes and commitment to promoting from within.
EIMS works with their clients to deliver increased international web presence and leads, via social media and global marketing strategies designed to capture the right audience in a global context.
EIMS has a particular niche within the technology and IT industry; working with companies such as Dell, IBM, Cisco and HP, as well as many brands local to the Bournemouth and Dorset area.
Expanding into the USA was the final part of ‘going global’ for EIMS, and they are moving all of their East Coast offices into this new location, to the delight of their US staff.
As part of their international expansion, EIMS is also hiring at their Bournemouth location and in the new Fort Lauderdale office.
Because EIMS has a policy of promoting from within, 90% of their management team have been sourced from other positions in the company, meaning that there is literally no limit to where you can go within the company.
