Suicide is the biggest killer in men under 45 and the biggest killer in the UK of people under 35. Speak out to people you trust. Face this issue because avoiding it and suffering in silence will only cause the symptoms to become worse.

Be there for others and don’t judge because mental health is hard enough as it is without people adding pressure and feeding your anxiety further.
