Four Men Sought Following Theft And Attempted Assault In Christchurch

Officers are issuing CCTV images of four men they would like to identify as they investigate a theft and attempted assault in Christchurch.

It was reported that at around 2.30pm on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, four men attempted to leave Stewarts Garden Centre in Lyndhurst Road without paying for items.

It was further reported that the men attempted to assault the staff members who tried to stop them before leaving with the goods.

Police Constable Rio Baker, of Dorset Police, said: “We are investigating this incident and are releasing CCTV images of four men we are looking to identify as part of our enquiries.

“I would urge anyone who recognises them to please contact us.”
