Four Men Sought Following Vicious Assault In Southbourne

Officers are issuing CCTV images of four men they would like to identify as they investigate an assault in Bournemouth.

At around 4.10am on Monday, 26 May 2025, it is reported that two men were assaulted by four unknown men in Old Christchurch Road, near the junction with Glen Fern Road.

The victims were reportedly punched and kicked, with one of them sustaining injuries believed to be serious but not life-threatening.

Police Constable Rob Coley, of Bournemouth Police, said, “This was a nasty and unprovoked assault, and we have been carrying out a number of enquiries to establish the full circumstances.

“We are now in a position to issue images of four men we would like to speak to as part of our investigation.

“I would urge anyone with information relating to any of their identities to please make contact with us.

“I am also appealing to anyone who has any other information that could assist our investigation to please come forward.”
