Fracking or Renewables? Where should Dorset’s energy come from?

As aging power stations close and fuel supplies diminish how do we provide energy for the 21st century?

The South East Dorset Green Party invites everyone to an Open Meeting at 10:30 a.m. – 12:30pm   on Saturday, November 30th 2013 at East Cliff United Reform Church,  Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth   BH8 8AW   (the building with the clock tower opposite Bournemouth’s Travel Interchange).  Ground floor entrance in Southcote Road.  

Guest speakers will be Professor Molly Scott Cato, the Green Party lead candidate in the South West for the MEP elections in May 2014,  and Jenny Jones,  Baroness of Moulsecoomb, Member of the House of Lords and the London Assembly.   The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session.  The Local  Green Party manifesto will also be launched.

There is no charge  but donations to cover the cost of the room will be welcome.This is part of a campaign for the European Elections as well as part of a series of open meetings organised for the community by South East Dorset Green Party.
