Why couldn’t they just admit this all along? Why the denials and lies for weeks and weeks? Surely we want a government who puts their competence, or lack of it, on display for the voters to judge.
Now we have a country split between those who do not mind their lies and deceit and those who find it repulsive. Stop sexing everything up and tell us the truth. Please.
