I hate the term ‘common sense’. It is a short cut to thinking and assumes far too much for it to be credible. However, it is used often by many who prefer catchphrases and soundbites to cerebral engagement.

Que Tory government ministers.

If in doubt say ‘common sense’. This time though it was the catalyst for his own and the Prime Minister’s destruction.

Over to Business Secretary Paul Scully.

The problem they are now mired in is to be unintelligible or lie.

Wow what a government.
