Officers investigating a burglary in Christchurch are appealing for anyone with information to come forward – with images of the stolen items being released.

The incident in Hinton Wood Avenue is believed to have happened at some point between Wednesday 28 June and Thursday 29 June 2023.

The offenders forced entry to a property and stole a number of jewellery items, including watches, earrings and a necklace.

Police Constable Oliver Duell, of Dorset Police, said: “I am now in a position to release images of two watches taken by the offenders.

“My hope is that somebody may have seen these items for sale in unusual circumstances or might know who has taken them.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55230100954. Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling Freephone 0800 555 111.
