The government said they were ready and yet they weren’t. They had on board a person who must have mentioned his prophecy but they either didn’t listen, were too busy selling off the public health care system to notice or they planned the outcome just as they liked it.
At the end of the day we pays the money and takes our chances or whatever the UK voting system now frames itself as.
It is worth noting however that it is a fascinating read and begins with:

Experiments on viruses that could cause a global pandemic killing many millions were halted but were recently cleared to resume and will be conducted in these ‘top security’ labs.’
It is now back on us. A coincidence of the highest order or something much more sinister?
