Job Responsibilities:
Support the directors through a customer focused and genuine approach
Managing a team of staff to a targeted sales performance, leading by example at all times
Perform valuations through effective questioning using comparable evidence for clients
Adopting a consultative approach and demonstrating a strong commercial acumen in order to determine clients needs and offer solutions for the business as it grows
Able to train and coach existing and new team members
Effective management of data to provide new business
Able to utilise IT systems efficiently
Become an ambassador of the Meyers brand
You Must Have:
Previously proven track record
Good, genuine moral character with ambition
A strong passion for business and the drive to be the absolute best at what you do
Excellent managerial, communication and motivational skills
Conscientious organisation and time management skills
Salary
Basic – From £17,500 to £25,000 per annum OTE £35 – 60,000+
Background / Experience:
Strong management, marketing or business background
A background in property, marketing or sales management roles is highly preferred
Personal Attributes:
We are looking for a motivated manager with excellent communication skills
You will be empathetic, ambitious and customer focused
Hours:
Around 40 hours per week
