Officers investigating a burglary at a home in the Wimborne area are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Between 8am and 7pm on Wednesday 23 March 2022 entry was forced to a property in Wimborne Road in Colehill and a quantity of cash was stolen as well as two laptops.

Police Constable Sam Kinsella, of East Dorset police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this burglary and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area on Wednesday 23 March 2022 to please get in touch.

“I would also urge residents in the vicinity with home CCTV systems or motorists with dashcam who were in the area to please check any footage for anything that might assist our investigation.”
